I think this is a weak entry.   There is a lack of fleshing anything out.   The areas of interest are not given the detail they deserve.   I think the skeleton of an interesting story is here, but it extremely bare bones. The last few pages actually gained some interest, you get to see some sparks of substance, however, I’m not dying to read the next entry any time soon.
