The Courbet Connection: A Genevieve Lenard Novel by Estelle Ryan

3.0

I have enjoyed each book in the Genevieve Lenard series in its own way. This one wasn't anything particularly different or special but it wasn't unenjoyable.

The characters, tone, and interesting mysteries all were consistent - I just had some problems with the pacing. It seemed like too many elements were in play, which caused all of them to seem rushed and underdeveloped. I wished we could have spent more time in close with the characters, as that is always my favorite part of these books.

It was still worth reading, and I will probably continue slowly making my way through this series.
