The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change by Jim Collins, Stephen R. Covey
3.0
I think the principles that were discussed in this book were very valuable, however, I had a had time focusing and staying engaged while listening to this book. I think I would have gotten more out of it if I would have read the book instead of listening to it.
The parts that resonated most with me were when the author talked about planning out your week instead of planning each day and when he talking about seeking first to understand then to be understood. Unlike a lot of the book, for these two topics I feel like there were good examples and actionable steps.
I think what I struggled with most is that the book primarily discusses what the 7 habits are, not how to actually implement them.
