I don't know.. I started reading this 'cause I was looking for some yummy guilty pleasure, but, it's just... This was SO SEXIST! I just couldn't with all the slut-shaming and body-shaming. Not to mention the hypocrisy - Rowan's BFF sleeps around and she's considered a smart, beautiful, confident woman who knows what she wants and is not afraid to go and get it (I agree). Any other girl who dares to seep with any of the guys is described as a whorish airhead with dicks for brains and no self-respect (what). And when Rowan and Dee wear provocative clothes they're sexy and jaw-dropping. The rest of the female population to wear the same short skirts/plunging necklines? Sluts with no sense of decent fashion who only want to screw the first guy she sees.
At first, I was able to ignore this cause I was having fun with the rest - but seriously, enough is enough. My guilty pleasure was absolutely ruined by the sexism. It made me feel way too guilty to be reading this to actually feel any pleasure - Balance was fucked up.
