3 1/2 stars, really. The story was absorbing, and Briggs' spin on werewolves, vampires, etc. was creative and interesting. I plan on reading at least the next in the series.
Briggs needs a better editor - some of the syntax was really confused & confusing. Maybe this improves as the series goes on. Oh and I did hate the cover illustration. Seriously, a scantily clad mechanic chick? Give me a break.
