The 2000s Made Me Gay: Essays on Pop Culture by Grace Perry

Did not finish book. Stopped at 3%.
When I started this I was immediately thrown off because the first chapter was not what I expected and was too triggering for me as the author discussed her brother’s traumatic brain injury in too much detail for me having lived through that with my dad a few years ago. I didn’t think to look up triggers for this book, but I wish I would’ve! I couldn’t get into it even skipping to another chapter. It was too difficult to settle in with no intro to ground me.
