Collaborative Intelligence: Thinking with People Who Think Differently by Dawna Markova, Angie McArthur

I listened to the summary of this book in Blinkist and actually got a lot out of it. I've kind of developed a habit of ignoring people's penchant for simplifying people by classifying brain types and styles, but I like discussions of metacognition and how to manifest it in collaboration. Listening to the blink helped me prepare for a meeting and create consensus and make progress on a fuzzy project. It maybe helps that I have a PhD in design, but I still want to check out the book in full.
