I am very confused about this book. Confused how I feel about it. This book took an attempt to describe the perfect girl Veronica's choice of abortion but in a humorous way. Her douche boyfriend thought it would better to make her pregnant to keep her full beside him rather than late her go to Brown University, away from him to be more educated.

Now I must say, this is a very common scenario in the south asian region.my neighbour back in Bangladesh was a tremendously brilliant student and came to Australia after her marriage with her husband. She often had fights with her husband over her career so her own mother suggested her husband to make her pregnant quickly as possible so that she cannot pursue her career. Oh yes, shit can be done by your own blood! So veronica decided to get abortion and took help from her lost bff bailey!

I don't know my position to support abortion.I certainly against destroying life in any form I am also a supporter of bringing babies on this earth out of affection. Veronica might have hate her baby if she didn’t abort it her whole life. The baby might ended up at a foster home or a worst place.so many things to be considered for such storyplot.

Some people might say it is against the women empowerment but what I think this book is also about making a choice of your own and stick to it care nothing. It is about not accepting other's decision on your body, your future.

Just the funny bit doesn’t work for me.
