A menopausal Mom reflects on her life and the lives of her young-adult children while they’re all together for their yearly vacation. Lots of reflection, regret, hot flashes, sadness, preemptive loss and longing. She was hard to like at times, but self-aware in her thoughts. Sandwich is good title
