The Bassoon King: My Life in Art, Faith, and Idiocy by Rainn Wilson

funny inspiring reflective fast-paced

2.5

This had moments that were really interesting, especially when Wilson talks about his Baha’i faith, but the casual fatphobia was unnecessary, unkind, and contrary to the spiritual beliefs he espouses and really took me out of the narrative. It glossed over many places where I would have liked seeing him delve deeper as well.
