HOLY FUCK THIS WAS A GOOD BOOK
I know this book is meant to be like the official ending to the irofwy series even tho more were published after, but it does have literally the perfect ending.
There was such a massive amount of character development that perfectly intertwined with all the romance, action, war and betrayal. God-fucking-damnit did this once again sent my little banged up heart on a rollercoaster.
There was so much happening all of the time but it was also just layed out perfectly to where it didn't feel overwhelming. And fantasy books are really good at being overwhelming.

But those last few pages? Man my heart felt like it was being ripped out of my chest. You are given so much hope that is then just being torn away AND IT HURTS.
But I absolutely adored every single piece of it and I will be starting the next book right away.
Even if it was the perfect ending I'm not done with the iron fey series just yet. And a piece of me hopes I never will be.
