Demon from the Dark by Kresley Cole

4.0

This is definitely Kresely Cole's darkest novel in the Immortals After Dark series. The main male character Malkom Slaine has a tortured past and is a broken man with a big heart and I have a soft spot for this type of male character (reminded me of Zsadist the Brotherhood of the Black Dagger series). I also enjoyed his "love interest" the fesity wild-child witch Carrow Graie and the progression of their relationship. The book did not resolve major parts of the story-line and hinted at another "dark" installment of IAD in the future!
