It sparks joy! 🥳 To tell the truth (no pun intended) I was waiting for that over the top feeling of when the book just hit 5 stars and I’m happy to say it happened again with this one! 💕

We originally met Fizzy as the quirky humorous best friend in The Soulmate Equation and according to Christina and Lauren, all the readers wanted her HEA story, myself included! Fizzy is a fun and relatable character with immaculate joke delivery, you will find tons of laughs in this book, lots of heart and cute moments between Fizzy and Connor and the characters we know from book one.

I enjoyed the reality show format the authors concocted in this book, I don’t think it always works in novel format but they nailed it. I would watch this show! It was lighthearted and Fizzy+Connor had the best chemistry and banter together, I just died when she kept calling him by any other name and his various book boyfriend names (again, delivery was on point!) there’s many, many funny lines throughout the book. Connor is ✨SWOONY✨ I liked all the meta bookish references, you have all the tropes and Fizzy is a romance author, it was wholly satisfying to have such a great representation.

It warms the heart, the Rom Com of the Summer!
