Lassiter is an eye opening, fast-paced unpredictable possible beginning to our stories. Our favorite fallen angel is fighting the demon Devina and the Omega’s son Lash from becoming one force, knowing the power they would have organized together would mean the termination of the Vampire race.  Attempting this might mean the end of his soul, and his heart, but brotherhood is everything and he must try.

Lassiter. Everyone’s favorite snarky angel stands tall and proud in this story. How can you not like an Angel that loves The Golden Girls? Even I didn’t see the ending. Although I read this story with an open heart because I’ve always loved these vampires, this one broke me in half. Lassiter was due his love story, and Rahvyn was ready to claim her mate. J.R. Ward is an auto-buy author for me, and every time I pick up one of the stories I’m transported right back to the world of the Black Dagger Brotherhood. If vampire romance is on your radar, or even long series with storylines and characters that figure in each book, this book is a must.
