They shifted from infantilization of Persephone (which they still kinda do) to just making her a manic pixie dream girl for Hades. While also making Hades both a bit more unlikable and more pitiful due to his toxic relationship with Minthe. I'm sorry but Persephone and Hades are still icky to me due to the unbalanced power and age difference.

I do like the nuance given to Minthe though and how her other toxic relationships (Thetis and Thanos) definitely influences her own self image and her romantic relationship with Hades along with the nymph racism that is shown through out the world of the graphic novel . It definitely makes her actions a bit more understandable and makes her more sympathetic and I hope the story continues to build on that (but i don't have my hopes up)

I like the discussion between Eros and Persephone of her assault. I felt as if it was handled well and felt like the author put care into making it as respectful but realistic as possible
