Yes Please, by Amy Poehler

2.0

I don't really know what I was expecting, but I have been wanting to read her and Tina Fey's and Mindy Kaling's books... This was disappointing. Although I must admit, she does tell you not to get your hopes up about it. I know she worked hard on it, but it was sooooo rambling and unorganized and a little pointless (unless there are multiple points: Amy knows and talks to famous people, Parks and Rec, more Hollywood stuff and other famous people, and then a chapter about cell phones to neatly finish up the book after chapters on sex, drugs, and orphans). I mean, I still like Amy Poehler and everything. I've never been a diehard fan... heck, I've never even seen Parks and Rec (that chapter was a bit over my head). Anyway, I wavered between one and two stars.
