  • Plot- or character-driven? A mix
  • Strong character development? No
  • Loveable characters? No

  • Flaws of characters a main focus? It's complicated

1.0

This book does not align with any of storygraphs options.
The MC is supposedly abducted by aliens but doesn’t seem human herself as she is a complete arrogant idiot and lacks any reasonable emotional responses to the swath of trauma she experiences.
Thank goodness it’s a fast paced book because they waste no time falling in love over whatever randomly-italicized-alien-word means days.
Reads like barely legal girl gets raped and falls in love with a man who reminds her of her cat on a poorly staffed slave spaceship.
