Wool: The Graphic Novel by Hugh Howey

2.0

Great artwork. Shotgun scatter of a story. Wiping away all of the nuanced storytelling of the original novel, clunky dialogue which is all on the nose and barely any opportunity for subtext.

500+ pages into about 100? Simply does not compute. But hey, if you're feeling lazy and want a quick run down, go for it.

It does an injustice to Wool, it does an injustice to the comic medium. It could have been much better if Jet City (Amazon) allowed this to be longer.
