I had to re-read this one (first re-read of 2022) as I was struggling to get into Hawk & the Lady.

I really enjoyed this book, both times. The characters of Kit & Bert were really well done and their chemistry was sweet. I loved the care with with the author handled Bert's trauma (the immediate and past) and how she wrote Kit's response to that. 

Solid choice for a cute / funny HEA romcom with some substance.
