It was a doomed narrative from the beginning and oh my God. They both love and cherished each others company however, she loved him as a brother and

was about to settle for him and make all those promises so fast until the other man made an appearance and BAM

. I don't think either of them knows what being in love the romantic sense is, they just happened to be two lonely people who understood each other
