Katherine's Story, 1848 by Adele Whitby

4.0

-POTENTIAL SPOILERS-

I liked this too! Although it did seem a bit more rushed than the previous one. I liked how Katherine was more soft-spoken and quieter than her twin, although maybe that's why the book felt a bit more faster than before. The mystery was solved way too quickly, and I couldn't predict it, which would've been fine if it moved more slowly but it didn't really.

The book also doesn't explain how the girls' colors switched or how Katherine stayed behind to start the family's branch in America, but perhaps that'll be solved in the last two books.
