I absolutely loved the setting for this story. It took place in 1666, and it really pulled you into that time frame. This book was an emotional read, and it makes you so angry how these women were treated. Part of the story was slow, but in the end, everything was pieced together perfectly. Abitha's revenge is so satisfying and bloody. I loved the gore.
