I can't think of a reason why I would not give this book a five. A re-read for me and I'm so glad I did. Death is such a cliche topic and I think it is because it is unknown. This book dives right into it. The living are certainly not at an advantage, but neither are the dead. So extremely thought provoking, I love the humanity present in this novel. Also, a dog dies but it showcases the beauty and the love that comes from that. So completely soul stirring.
