Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC. I thought this was such a cute and funny read. I did not read the first book before starting this one however I still felt like it could be read in order or as a standalone and you can still follow the story well. I loved Sloane and how smart she was. I felt how upset she was by feeling taken advantage of by her job, and with August how he had some wounds he needed to heal with closure. Their relationship was really special and you could tell no matter how hard they tried to avoid the truth. I liked the realness of this. I hope others enjoy it!
