Quite frankly, I have no idea why people rate this book so lowly. I absolutely fell in love with every single character by the end!!
The twists, reveals and such were great, yeah. But I ADORED the enemies to lovers/forced proximity/forbidden love of Chaol and Yrene so much. I loved watching Chaol grow and reacquainting with old side characters from previous books. Alongside Empire Of Storms, this book was a breath of fresh air in the same way that I loved reading ACOTAR.
