After hearing Sarah at Smart Bitches Trashy Books rave about the Kowalski family, I finally snagged this bundle when it went on sale a few weeks back.
While it's pretty standard fare for contemporary romance, SB Sarah is right, it's the family dynamic of the Kowalski's that keep you coming back for more. They're loud, hilarious, passionate, funny, and a never-ending supply of cousins keeps the sequel bait alive and well.
My personal favorite is the setting: YAY Maine & New Hampshire!! And not touristy, summer-house-on-the-beach either. But real, legit, in the woods Northern New England. And thank GOD Stacey has so far stayed away from trying to write accents. Here's hoping that continues when she gets to Josh's story, set at the inn in Maine.
