Piper is a famous influencer with a huge following online. Due to recent threats, her father insisted on a bodyguard. And when she is in danger, he whisks her off to a family beach house, where they will lay low until her stalker is found.
Tristan is doing the best he can. Still dealing with old injuries, but does let his struggles rule his life. He is strong, protective and takes his job very seriously.
Piper, on the other hand, comes across as way worse than I expected, she is whiny and complains all the time.
While there is a lot of chemistry I didn't like the romance all that much.
