The Beautiful Death by Mathieu Bablet

1.0

The artwork is magnificent, reminiscent of the work of Schuiten and Peeters, with the exception of the ugly and poorly drawn manga style faces. However, it's all design and idiotic 'world building' with virtually nothing going in in terms of writing or theme (and the plot is a bit insipid).

It's really bad and not worth the bother to read, though a glance at the visuals at your local library rack is worth a moment of your time.
