The Stone Sky by N.K. Jemisin

4.0

With the same amazing world-building and story-telling as the first two books, and filled with the same believable, differentiated characters, this conclusion to the Broken Earth trilogy is fitting and satisfying. Like the other books, it’s entirely in present tense, though this one adds more first-person narratives (and continues the second- and third-person parts). Taken as a whole, the trilogy is very good, though none of the three books can stand alone.
