as a pre-med student, this filled my heart with so much glee and contentment. 
fake dating has been one of my favourite trope but this book had do much more than that fake dating, handwritten letters, romance in a ER, shy guy, ambitious woman, the family dynamics, the dog.

this has officially been placed in the top three standalone romance books I have ever read <33.
