Dolls is on a roll, a bread roll mainly.
This captivating story of a food critic with a sharp tongue and a heavy hand sliced right through me and took its time cutting bone. The read was heavy and detailed, but oh my god I was kept in my seat. I may as well been taped to my chair with a fork and knife superglued to my hands while I turned each page like peeling an onion, or better at an artichoke. The middle chokes. Be careful of the middle, too easy to get confused and choke.
I learned more about food than I ever have on any food network, and learned way too much about how to properly cook the human body, which seasonings go best with the flesh of a previous lifetime.
