A Game of Fate by Scarlett St. Clair

1.0

the only thing I enjoyed about this books was Hades' little adventures to get Sisyphus is actually interesting, otherwise this crap is so dull and boring. The way the author portrayed Persephone through the eyes of Hades' is really weird, because in the touch of darkness book (only the first one), she's actually very articulate and not meek at all. Yeah, she's annoying but for some reason in this book she's even worse. At least she was bearable in her book. Hades' has only one thought and it's to fuck Persephone, that's it. That shit got so old and dull real fast. It's crazy how this book was almost 400 pages of absolutely nothing. I would read and it felt like nothing was happening, nothing of substance came from this book. This entire series could be wiped out and it wouldn't affect a touch of darkness at all. What was the point in writing this series, if nothing was going to happen.

This was just a cash grab, a really bad cash grab.
