Enjoyed the book a lot. I went through it really fast, because I was so curious to what was going to happen on the next page. The backdrop of the Wild West and the gold rush were very vividly painted. I could picture every scene so richly because of it. 

Minus one star for the fat-shaming comments and sentiment in the book.
