Desmond by Raphaël Hédon, Éric Corbeyran, Djillali Defali

3.0

First of all, this comic was meant to be an introduction to a new series in the Assassin's Creed series. And yes, I do love every game of the series!

The comic starts with a brief segment of the life (to be more exact, the death) of the Roman ancestor of Desmond. It doesn't tell you a lot, but it is meant to introduce.

This story goes deeper in the background of Desmond Miles. When you played the first game, you get to hear how he got abducted by Abstergo. This comic shows how it went when Desmond met Lucy.
Besides that, we also get to see a lot more of the infamous 'Subject 16' (but not THAT much).

It's a nice comic, but also a bit confusing. They try to switch between Desmond and the ancestor like the first games did, while failing in doing so.

Like the games? Then you must read it!
If not... You don't have to bother...
