I love this book and It reminded me so much of a studio ghibli movie.
The world of the book was so unique and interesting to me and I hope the author continues to build and explore it in their next book within the series.
I loveddd the characters and their intertwining relationships, Hart and Mercy had such a fun enemies to lovers dynamic and I actually really loved seeing their banter with each other.
The character development for Hart and seeing him evolved from a loner with a rough shield over his heart to a softie surrounded by friends and family was so sweet and honestly had me smiling and kicking my legs lol  also his father/son relationship with Tucker was one of my favorites to read.

My only complaint would probably have to be the antagonist that the story was building up to was concluded in a way that felt underwhelming but given the conflict that did come from it, I didn't mind too much
