Don't Believe It by Charlie Donlea

4.0

3.5 stars
Good storytelling and compelling plot! Misdirection throughout made the twists in the back half even more enjoyable. I was glad to see Livia Cutty again, and
Minus 1.5 stars for the following:
1. Unnecessary romance storyline between Graham and Sidney that didn’t add anything to their characters or the story.
2. I reread all of the jury deliberations and still may have missed something, but Marshall said Ellie was at work when Sidney visited and was murdered, and she was somehow still convicted with an alibi (that was never mentioned in the jury deliberations) and a very expensive defense team. This ending felt rushed and not fully fleshed out.
