honestly got some incredible insight from this book but found it such a slog to read. apparently the next books in the series are a lot better, so i’ll try them eventually. i think i prefer to be let in a little bit more to the main character’s story, however once i heard the book described as “a novel in 10 conversations” it made so much more sense and made me like it a lot more.
