Imaginary Jesus by Matt Mikalatos

5.0

Everyone in the world has their own idea of who Jesus is, and this audiobook takes you on a fantastic journey to discover who He really is. It’s such a different way to study Jesus, which is probably why I liked it. As I hadn’t read the blurb before listening I was expecting this to be theological, but I was very pleasantly surprised to find that its not that at all.
I absolutely loved this audio book. Its hilarious, surreal, moving, challenging and liable to offend. So if you’re uptight or easily offended about how you think Jesus should be, don’t bother. But if you’re open to the fact that Jesus could be different to how you perceive him, give it a try.
The author does a brilliant job of narrating his own audio book, so its really easy to listen to.
