This is such a beautiful book that reflects on the way the native populations see nature, the harm colonization and capitalism have done, and opportunities to try and fix what we have broken. It made me sad to learn about the depth of what we've lost, but it's also a hopeful that all is not yet lost. I read this one on audio, and I think I appreciated it more that way because the native languages were pronounced properly, which is so important. Highly recommend this one if you love nature and/or want to learn more about native beliefs on how best to live in unity with earth.
