In this story we follow Asta and her discovery of the supernatural world where Norse mythical creatures come to life.
I really enjoyed the Norse mythology aspect of the book, but unfortunately not much else. It was an ok read, but focusing mostly on the plot without much character development. I wish the magic itself got explained more rather than skimmed over.
There was a lot of plot but nothing that kept me interested in going on, it was a bit of a slug. There was a lot of tension between the two main couples, but that's where it stopped and as interesting it was at first, it quickly became repetitive.
