Why We Eat (Too Much): The New Science of Appetite by Andrew Jenkinson

hopeful informative inspiring medium-paced

5.0

It was eye-opening to learn that losing weight is not about reducing and burning excessive calories. Never have I ever known about "weight set-point" until I read this book. I am not overweight nor obese, but it gave me clarity on how physical metabolism works and how my body prevents me to be in such a state. Very informative, easy to digest, and taught me to be more cautious with how to live in a healthier way.
