Reign of Freedom by C. Hallman
4.0
The 5th book in the Corium University series and the conclusion to Delilah and Lucas’ story. I’ve been loving this whole series and I was looking forward to how Lucas and Delilah’s story was going to end. Honestly, I was hoping for a bit of a bang at the end. It was all still really good, great story line, spice, the same dark vibe but the ending just didn’t do it for me. I really loved their character growth alone and as a couple. They’ve come a long way. I really loved that Delilah didn’t give up on Lucas and that Lucas finally believed in himself, that he wasn’t all bad. I was happy that these last two books still included characters from the first three. I always loved Aspen and I was really happy to see her character was still sweet and caring and that Quinton was still overprotective of her. We got a glimpse of who the next book focuses on and im looking forward to what Hallman and Beck have to offer. While I enjoyed this book, Aspen and Q are probably my favorite for the series. This series is a definite recommend for all the dark mafia romance readers.
