I enjoyed the writing but not the plot/story. I didn’t like the characters, Fox or Molly. I found Fox was a little too Alpha and I kept getting mad at him, and Molly wasn’t really a great person either. Honestly I struggled to get through this but the writing was good enough that I decided to push through in hopes I’d end up liking it and I just think it was an only OK read.

I’m still annoyed at that scene where they’re at an industry party and Molly and Fox are rude to that lady. Sure, the chick was rude, being catty but Molly was just as rude back, and then Fox turns up and shoves his plate of food at her and tells her to eat it and not throw it up later... like what kinda shit is this? And then Molly is ‘fighting laughter’ as they walk off.

There were a few instances where these two annoyed me, especially with their constant angry sex. Honestly I think this book had too much sex and not enough character growth. Honestly, could have cut out like 50-100 pages of this book and most of that being sex scenes. They just ended up all being the same and not moving the story anywhere and it got repetitive and boring. There are a few scenes that stand out as different but also not really enough that they were good scenes or anything.

The side characters did slightly save it and I was much more interested in their stories, hopefully I like them more than this.
