Between You & Me by Marisa Calin

4.0

I enjoyed this fresh take on young, unrequited love. I often felt my cheeks blushing and pulse racing along with Phyre as she fumbled through her crush. Though the format of the book felt a little cheap for me, it didn't take much away from the story. I also found myself on an unending word search to identify the gender of "You," which kept me interested and spread my focus from the relationship in the story toward which I would usually gravitate my attention. Good book for anyone who has ever thought "No one has ever had a more embarrassing crush than this one I have!"
