Listened to almost all on audiobook, the narrator was mediocre, she broke up sentences a weird way.
The story line was interesting, but poorly executed.
Murder victims cannot be organ donors as far as I know. There were other parts of the story that were lacking research (some medical advice on post-transplant life, how transplant lists work, etc).
