Tempting Two is the third book in the Scandalous Ballroom Encounters series. This is an erotic historical romance that can be read as a standalone.
I really enjoyed this why choose story with a blend of second chance and best friend’s ex tropes. This was an entertaining read with lots of spice but also loved the writing and connection to characters.
I wasn’t sure how Colin would be able to get back into Penelope’s good graces and while they don’t excuse his behavior, he is sorry and there’s a good amount of grovel. I liked Edmond who came off caring and sweet but also dominant with Penelope during intimate moments. Penelope is a strong heroine that after having her heart broke decided she’d be in charge of her life going forward.
There are nine encounters with some bondage and the FMC having three with each of the MMC, self pleasure, and two MFM.
