“Battle not with monsters
Lest you become a monster
And if you gaze into the Abyss
The abyss gazes into you “
Friedrich Nietzsche

This is one of the quotes that captures my attention as I continue to read the adventure of Todd and Viola as they go along with Haven which is now called “The New Prentisstown”.

Spectacular, breathtaking and Splendid.
This is how I will describe this book.

Hope continues to rise…..
I didn’t expect how Ness adds another flavor to this 2nd book. I was impressed. Truly I was. He always put a twist and turns to each and every character which I love the most because it kept my mind into curiosity and excitement.

I love how Ness put some spice to each and every side of the novel.

Basically it turns out that there are 2 sides in this book. You can’t identify which side you will trust. Everyone seems suspicious. No one you can trust.

The Character and the Prose of the Story is well done. Characters of the story are well developed and it was spectacularly justified.
If you have read the first book, you will crave for more in this second series of Chaos walking. More things you will hold unto. More revelation. More Heartbreaks and mostly more challenges and obstacles to face together with Todd and Viola.

The Ask and The Answers are literally dividing humanity and will haunt the readers on which side you will be believed or trust.

A page-turner. You will crave for more. Chaos Walking’s second book will not fail to surprise Its readers.
