I read this based on the rave reviews I saw on Bookstagram, but I don't know if this is my type of read. It is a book about a week in a family's lives on their annual Cape Cod vacation. I kept waiting for a big moment or something shocking to occur, and it didn't. It moved a little slow for my taste. The exploration of the relationship between Rocky and her family is the redeeming part of the book and one that will appeal to readers with grown families.
