Was a solid book. I at some parts liked her memoir approach to disasters, but I also think it lacked in its total comprehension to disaster. There was a ton of insights, but some of it came off as academic rather than on the ground experience, especially when past her New Orleans volunteerism. Important message about the climate and how we need to prepare, thought the chapter on "go-purse" was the best way I have thought about it recently.
