Hunted by Darcy Coates

adventurous dark emotional tense medium-paced

I normally love Darcy Coates books, so I'm not sure why this one fell a little flat for meπŸ˜” I expected her usual paranormal twist, but it's not that. Just a really twisted person.

I liked half of the characters, but the other half rubbed me the wrong way the entire time. I loved all the different POVs and how when someone expired, a new character took over their POV. It gave a look at what each person was going through and by the end, you want to know everyone's thoughts.

The ending definitely shocked me! I would never have guessed who was behind everything. It was super satisfying though, especially after all the heartache and messed up things those kids went through. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting a "lost in the woods/mountains" thriller!
